CordlessDrillWorld is a family run business which is owned by two brothers - Steve and Mike Jones, we believe strongly that if you get your customer service right then everything else falls into place.
Our mission statement is simple - to provide the best information to let you make your own buying choice for yourself - no one else can tell you what product you need, but we can steer you towards those products who are the genuine market leaders.
CordlessDrillWorld is located in Florida and distributes products across the whole of North America, since it's formation in 1999 we have established ourselves as one of the market leaders in our field by offering a friendly and personal service to our many customers. Our business success is underpinned by our core belief of providing a quality service which the customer can depend upon.
Who are our customers
We sell our products across a wide range of customers from full time trades people who need powerful tools which they use constantly to home remodelers who need similar quality tools which are used intensively for shorter periods of time to DIY weekenders who enjoy pottering around the yard completing those never ending series of DIY tasks. We sell our products across a wide range of professions, including plumbers, carpenters, remodellers, technicians and other trades people.

We use a wide range of suppliers, only tier one companies whose products we know and trust, companies such as Dewalt, Makita, Bosch and Fein to name a few.
